This policy explains how RESEVVOR handles information when you browse, shop or contact us.

Information we collect

When you place an order, you provide information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and payment details. We also receive the information you share when you contact us. Our website and service providers process technical information, such as your browser, device, IP address and requests, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use information

We use information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, send order-related communications, operate the store, prevent fraud and security issues, and meet legal obligations.

Checkout and service providers

Shopify provides our checkout. Payment information is handled by Shopify and the payment provider used for your transaction. We share information as needed with service providers that help run the store, including Shopify, our website host Vercel, and Google Workspace for email. Order details needed for fulfillment may be shared with AppScenic, the relevant supplier and delivery providers. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google, on Facebook and Instagram (Meta) and on Pinterest. With your permission, we use their measurement tools to see which advertisements lead to visits and orders, and to show RESEVVOR advertisements to people who have visited the site. If you accept cookies, these companies receive technical information about your visit, the products you view or add to your bag, and the advertisement that brought you here, and may set cookies for that purpose. The advertisement reference is passed to Shopify checkout so an order can be credited to it.

If you decline, Meta and Pinterest tools are not loaded, and Google's tag sends only limited signals without advertising cookies. A browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal is treated as declining. You can change your answer at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, and you can also manage advertising preferences through each company's own settings.

Cookies and browser technologies

We use browser storage to remember your shopping bag. Shopify checkout and payment services may use cookies and similar technologies to keep checkout working and protect transactions. You can manage cookies and stored website data through your browser settings; blocking them may affect shopping or checkout.

Text messages

If you text our customer line, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages, and we use them only to answer you. Messages are handled through our text messaging provider, which processes them on our behalf. We do not send marketing texts. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
