Standard shipping is free to eligible U.S. destinations. Optional delivery services may cost extra.

Contact support@resevvor.com within 14 days of delivery. A return must be approved before anything ships back, and items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, original shipping is non-refundable, and approved returns carry a 25–40% restocking fee depending on condition. Used equipment and custom or made-to-order items may not qualify.

Damage & warranty

Contact support@resevvor.com as soon as possible. Many issues are resolved under Personal Hour’s manufacturer warranty with replacement parts or repair support rather than a return.
