Standard shipping is free to eligible U.S. destinations. Optional delivery services may cost extra.

Delivery

Free freight delivery within the contiguous United States. Each sauna is built to order in Ontario, Canada, and ships when it comes off the line; we confirm the estimated ship date after you order. The sauna arrives as a kit in a wooden crate (96 in x 45 in x 34 in, about 1,113 lb (1,278 lb with windows)). The carrier calls to book a delivery appointment and delivers to the curb or the end of the driveway, usually with a full-size truck.

The driver does not unload the crate. This crate is longer than 84 in, so there is no liftgate. Plan a way to get it off the truck: a forklift with fork extensions (lifted from the end of the crate), a crew of helpers who unpack it on the truck, or a tilt-bed tow truck from the local terminal. If none of those work, Leisurecraft can arrange a tilt tow for $1,450.

A delivery address change after the sauna leaves the factory costs $350, and storage fees apply if delivery is delayed at the terminal. Alaska and Hawaii are not available.

On delivery day

Inspect the crate before signing. If it arrives open or damaged, accept it but write “Crate arrived open/damaged – possible hidden damage” on the bill of lading, take photos, and email them to support@resevvor.com within 48 hours so we can resolve it with Leisurecraft.

Returns

Leisurecraft builds each sauna to order and does not accept returns, so this sauna can’t be returned once it has shipped. Changes or cancellation are possible before it leaves the factory. Contact support@resevvor.com and we’ll confirm size, heater and delivery details with you before the build starts.

Warranty

5-year limited residential warranty from Leisurecraft against defects in materials and workmanship, covering replacement parts (not labor). Heaters carry their maker’s warranty: 3 years on Harvia KIP and HUUM Drop (elements and stones excluded) and 2 years on Narvi wood stoves. Electrical work must be done by a licensed electrician. Overview

The Serenity adds length and a covered 18-inch front porch to Leisurecraft’s Canadian Timber barrel, with two-tier 20-inch-wide benches down both sides. Choose solid cedar ends, or the MP version with two half-moon windows in the front and one in the back to bring in the view.

Eastern White Cedar is lighter in colour than red cedar, with a tight grain and a softer aroma, and it naturally resists rot, moisture and insects. Solid single staves (no joints along their length), cedar cradles, marine-grade aluminum bands and stainless hardware hold it together season after season.

Heater options

Leisurecraft sells every sauna without a heater, so choose one above. Each is sized for this sauna and ships with it.

Harvia KIP: a compact Finnish wall-mounted heater with built-in controls, a 1-hour timer and up to 8-hour delay start. UL listed.
HUUM Drop: an Estonian wall-mounted heater that holds about 120 lb of stones for softer, steamier löyly. Stones and the UKU wall remote are included, and the remote's door sensor stops heating when the door is left open.
Narvi Kuru 14: a Finnish wood-burning stove with a glass door, sold with Leisurecraft's matching chimney kit. Stones included. No electrical hookup needed.

Electric heaters need a dedicated 240V circuit (30 to 50 amps depending on the heater), installed by a licensed electrician. Leisurecraft's warranty requires it.

Assembly and site

Ships as a kit. Plan on two people and a full day. Set it on a level concrete pad, wood deck, patio stones or compacted crushed stone, sloped slightly to the back for drainage.
