Standard shipping is free to eligible U.S. destinations. Optional delivery services may cost extra.

Returns

Contact support@resevvor.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Equipment must be unused and in its original packaging; keep all packaging until you’re sure. Returns for a quality issue are refunded in full. Other returns are refunded less the actual return shipping cost, typically 10–20% of the order. There is no restocking fee.

Damage on arrival

Email a photo of the item and its packaging to support@resevvor.com and we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit or partial refund at no cost to you.
