RAM Game Room products ship from Sanborn, New York. Residential freight is available within the contiguous United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout by shipment weight: under 250 lb is $299, 250 to under 350 lb is $399, and 350 lb or more is $499. Orders of $3,500 or more ship free. These charges include RAM’s $95 pickup and pallet handling fee. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available.
Shipping is separate from the displayed product price.
Contact support@resevvor.com before arranging a return. Eligible buyer’s-remorse returns must be in original packaging and good working condition. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return freight is the customer’s responsibility. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Contact us to confirm eligibility and arrangements.
Inspect the shipment before signing the bill of lading (BOL). Note visible damage on the BOL and refuse visibly damaged shipments. Write “Subject to inspection” when accepting delivery. Report damage promptly to support@resevvor.com; concealed LTL damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Keep all cartons, packaging and pallets until instructed otherwise, and provide photographs of the packaging and product along with the delivery receipt. Late reports can result in a denied claim.

I recently purchased the Prohibition Back Bar unit for my condo, and it fits perfectly in my limited space. Assembly was straightforward, though I did need an extra hand to lift the top section onto the bottom. This is a solid, well-built unit with a substantial feel. I chose the black version, and it looks absolutely stunning—the built-in LED strip lighting adds a fantastic touch. The bar and cabinet space are more than sufficient for my needs. Even in the short time I’ve had it, I’ve received several compliments from friends about how cool it looks. Highly recommend this product!
