Delivery, returns & warranty

Freight & fulfillment

RAM Game Room products ship by freight from Sanborn, New York, within the contiguous United States. This piece is best added to a RAM bar, game table or other RAM order. Shipping is calculated at checkout by total shipment weight: under 250 lb is $299, 250 to under 350 lb is $399, and 350 lb or more is $499, so adding it to a larger RAM order often adds little or nothing to the freight charge. RAM orders of $3,500 or more ship free.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available. Shipping is separate from the displayed product price.

Returns

Contact support@resevvor.com before arranging a return. Eligible buyer’s-remorse returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and be in original packaging and good working condition. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return freight is the customer’s responsibility. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Contact us to confirm eligibility and arrangements.

Delivery & damage

Inspect the shipment before signing for it and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report damage promptly to support@resevvor.com; concealed freight damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Keep all cartons and packaging until instructed otherwise, and provide photographs of the packaging and product along with the delivery receipt.

Warranty

RAM Game Room branded merchandise carries a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. RAM may request photographs to assess a claim. Contact support@resevvor.com for assistance.
